  I've ate here a couple times if I'm in the area and I'm really craving waba grill. I ordered for takeout last week and they served quite a bit of meat but most of the beef was pieces of fat and same for the chicken . Just looked like a bunch of scraps. I couldn't really eat it. I still love waba grill and go to my nearest location off Archibald. Such a huge difference in the quality . Sorry not sorry .

  I absolutely love Waba Grill and could possibly eat it every single day. I come here extremely often, probably 3-5 times a week. The food is great, however, the customer service is definitely lacking. Like I mentioned, I come here very often and see the same workers every time, however, they never greet me and don't even remember my name or order. You would expect them to know me by name and order since I go so often. I am extremely kind to the staff and always make sure to ask how their days are going but never receive the same energy. I love you guys but please pay attention to your customers.

  This place is pretty awesome! Sorry, I do not want to sound like a douchebag but the majority of the people who come to this location are not well mannered, lack common sense, easily irritated. With cheap customers fighting for a dollar validation is not worth the negative energy exerted. FYI most of the coupons are not up to the manager but the business owner. Note to people: Treat people how you want to be treated. Honestly, my family, my parent's employees, and I have come to this location and the store manager is a nice and chill guy.

  Cons: The cheap people that come in and argue about their food while delaying my food order.
  
  Summary: Awesome place! Treat people how you want to be treated and this is not for the employees but for the rude customers who go in there.

  This is a great alternative lunch spot for fast food that does not come in a bun or with a side of fries.  At Waba Grill, you can grab a bowl or a plate with protein, veggies, and rice in a few different combinations. I've only tried the chicken and beef.  My standard order is a chicken bowl with all veggies instead of the standard rice.  I omit the extra sauce and onions.  Some people load up on that Waba sauce, though (it's basically teriyaki, I think).  They also have a chili sauce for those who like their lunch a little picoso.  Make a pit stop here if you're tired of burgers and sandwiches
